Jony has 18+ years of experience working across 10+ countries around the globe. Founded Rhombuz in 2016, aiming to create a global Investment Management & Advisory Firm.
Prior to Rhombuz, he spent ~11 years in McK based out of SFO, playing leadership roles in their Strat/PE, CPG and TMT Practices in the Americas. He served stints in Pepsico and Blackrock in the West Coast.
He holds a BA in Engineering and an MBA from CBS.
David is the Chief Commercial Officer at one of the largest Telcos in APAC. He has 15+ years of industry experience, mostly in the telco industry. As CCO, he is responsible for the company’s P&L (USD>$1.5B) and leads a multicultural team of more than 500 professionals. He oversees the areas of Marketing, Analytics, Customer Service and Sales and Distribution.
Prior to his current role, David was a consultant with McK where he advised clients in a wide set of topics like new product development, value proposition definition, efficiency, and cost reduction programs and GTM strat.
David joined the Rhombuz network in 2018.
He holds a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Navarra,(exchange program in Universite Bordeaux I, France) and an MBA from IESE Business School (exchange program in the Wharton School from the University of Pennsylvania, US).
Diego is a seasoned senior executive with18+ years of operational experience in the Tech, CPG and Pharmaceutical industries.
Prior to joining Rhombuz, Diego was the CEO of the largest Brazilian UploadToPrint player, relying heavily on technology to differentiate in the mass customization of paper and promotional products. Diego also served as a PE Director for Patria/Blackstone, acting both as a Board Member and as a BD Director for one of their portfolio companies playing in the Pharma space. Before that, Diego led multiple turnarounds, DDs, M&A and post-merger management efforts, while helping to build from scratch Hypera, the largest Brazilian CPG and Pharma company, through different C-level positions. In his early days, he was a Business Analyst in McK.
He joined the Rhombuz network in 2018 and became a full time Partner in 2020.

Dani is the CFO of Frete, the largest trucking matching / fintech ecosystem in LatAm.
Prior to his current position, Dani accumulated 15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, having worked for GS, HSBC and Bradesco BBI.

Dani holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from USP and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Pepe is the CFO and Co-Founder of Distrito Panorama, a real estate investment and development company based in MX focused on industrial and hospitality assets. He has 15+ years of experience and has been involved in the deployment of over USD $200M of capital.
Prior to founding Distrito Panorama, Pepe spent 4 years at McK involved in a wide array of industries, finally focusing on PE and M&A. He has ample international experience as he was part of the NYC, Madrid and MX offices.

Thiago is the Medical Director at a leading healthtech scale-up in Brazil. He is also a Board Member at Cietec, a Corporate Committee Member at ABS and acts as the Executive Director of Technology of State of São Paulo Radiology Society.
Prior, Thiago acted as the Executive Manager of Open Innovation at DASA (larger diagnosis lab in Brazil) and as the Head of Cubo Health, curating and supporting healthtechs.
Thiago coordinated the tech innovation areas of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein and Hospital Sírio-Libanês, two of the most renowned Hospitals in LatAm.
He joined the Rhombuz network in 2021.
Thiago holds an MD from Unicamp, an MBA from Insper and several specializations, including clinical research from Harvard University.
Salvador is a Director of M&A at a leading Telco in MENA. He has 19+ years of industry and consulting experience with focus on Strat and corporate finance. Salvador has been involved in multiple transactions and JVs across LatAm and APAC.
Previously, Salvador worked for a leading telco operator in APAC as the Group Head of M&A and Strategic Partnerships. Prior, he was a senior EM at McK with a particular focus on telecommunications& media, infrastructure, and PE in LatAm and APAC. Salvador gained expertise on impact investing while working with a leading London-based venture capital & advisory firm.

Jeremy is the Co-founder of a HealthTech startup in APAC. He joined the Rhombuz network in 2017.

Prior to joining DFI, Juan spent 3 years at Neinor Homes, a leading Spanish homebuilder. As Chief Capital Markets Officer, he was responsible for the execution of its €1.3B IPO. Previously, he served as a Director at Lone Star Spain, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of €1.5B investment opportunities across Iberia. Juan served as CEO for Vilamoura World, a leading Portuguese master developer. Juan moved to Spain in 2014 with Grove International Partners, after spending 4years as an investment professional in the pan-European opportunistic team at Deutsche Bank RREEF in London.

Prior, he was a Sr. Director at Dell Technologies where he held several roles in Corporate Development focusing on Venture Investments and M&A transactions, and Corporate Strat with a focus on the Enterprise Business Unit where he supported the merger and integration with EMC / VMware (largest tech M&A deal in history). He started his career as a consultant at McK.

VK leads the full investment cycle for Rhombuz globally.

As the company’s lead dealmaker in LatAm and a member of the Regional Executive Leadership Team, he oversees BD activities across all business lines (ridesharing, food delivery, grocery, micro-mobility, high-capacity vehicles, freight, and payments) throughout 16countries in the region, with a focus on Brazil, MX, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.
Prior, Fede was a Director of BD at Endo Pharmaceuticals, where he led several M&A initiatives in LatAm and Africa. Fede was a consultant at McK.
